Enquiries and quotations

A website enquiry requests a discussion or quotation. It does not confirm an order, appointment or maintenance contract. Equipment, quantities, labour, taxes, payment stages and scheduling must be confirmed in the written quotation before work begins.

Installation and site access

The agreed scope depends on the site survey, safe access, available power and network connections. Changes to camera positions, cable routes or equipment require an updated agreement. Customers are responsible for obtaining permission to install cameras and for deciding appropriate recording areas.

Performance and support

Image quality, remote access, battery backup and recording retention depend on the equipment, lighting, internet connection, storage settings and connected load. Any estimates should be checked against the installed configuration. Visit times and AMC coverage are those agreed in writing.

Warranty, changes and cancellations

Manufacturer warranty conditions vary by product. Any workmanship coverage, exclusions, replacement costs and maintenance charges must be stated in the quotation or service contract. Contact us before changing or cancelling an order so that any equipment already ordered or work completed can be reviewed with you. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
